These pages give a brief description of our retail shop and the services we provide to the catering trade. Situated on Golden Hill Lane, Leyland, Lancashire, we offer daily delivery in our refrigerated transport to the surrounding areas of Preston, Southport and Chorley.

Catering butcher to restaurants, hotels, nursing homes and bakeries etc. as well as our existing valued shop customers.

We pride ourselves on the very highest quality fresh meat, specialising in Aberdeen Angus Scotch beef, English lamb, pork, gammon, chicken and poultry, game including pheasant, venison, grouse, partridge and pigeon when in season.

We produce our own sausage, either pork, beef, or flavoured.
